Challenges

As part of its efforts to increase reach and market its produce to a wider audience, the company approached us to help create a digital make-over. As an established name in the garment industry, the company wanted to create something distinct and novel that would align and complement its offline business. The idea was to provide an interactive experience to all its offline and in-store customers with a novel digital endeavour that would not only delight customers but also complement offline sales processes.

"Fitshop" concept + Omni-channel convergence

  • Proposing Oorjit in store solution with a unique interface, we set out creating a new look and feel for the global brand.
  • Working with the client we derived the concept of fit shop, where customers or window shoppers would be able to custom make their desired clothing to their satisfaction and place orders in the store.
  • The solution is extremely comprehensive & detail oriented enabling wide ranging possibilities in garment customization including fabric color, buttons, collar patterns, logo etc.
  • Placing in-store kiosks in retail outlets, customers are encouraged to choose or customise their preferred clothing to their tastes and preferences. This not only helps to negate the problem of "out of stock" but also brings in more footfalls to the store.
  • Intelligent analytics that are capable of capturing customer preferences and buying patterns, segmented by demographics and season (time of the year), complements the companies effort in creating an Omni-channel sales process.
  • Innovating on the model we have proposed to take this initiative further and make it go online on the web, incorporating Oorjit single vendor commerce functionalities
