Business Development Manager


 We are looking for an expert Business Development Manager to build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships. You must also be a highly adaptable, motivated, and ready to meet any challenge and have a passion for the world of psychic abilities and spirituality. This is a position for a self-motivated “out-of-the-box” thinker, who can anticipate growth potential and create business partnerships.


  •  Analyse Market trends, competitor offers and devise marketing strategies
  •  Locate potential business deals by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  •  Contact potential partners for discovering and exploring opportunities.
  •  Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposal; integrating contract terms with business operations.
  •  Research and build relationships with new clients and provide support to keep improve the relationship.
  •  Work with technical staff and provide assistance in writing some of the technical project specs
  •  Conduct presentations, demo and requirement gathering meetings
  •  Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
  •  Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  •  Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  •  4-5 Years of sales and marketing experience in customized software solutions
